It is not ancient enough to be in this category.

My Caesar has a test cut, but this Caesar likely got cut by Iberians as opposed to Romans.

Be careful. When potato salad goes bad, things can get pretty ugly...

Oh! The humanity! It took the "What day is it" before I got it. Good one! BTW, if anyone has ever cleaned out a church refrigerator, you might be able to identify with my story: since the church belongs to "everyone" it belongs to "no one." I took it upon myself to clean out the church refrigerator a few years back and found a bottle of salad dressing 17 years expired. Not kidding, either.

My budget Caesar. Received it in a trade:

    Gaius Julius Caesar, Roman Republic
    AR Denarius
Obv: Diademed head of Venus, facing right
Rev: Aeneas walking left, carrying Anchises and the Palladium, CAESAR in right field
Mint: Military mint traveling with Caesar, in North Africa (struck 47-46 BC)
    Ref: RSC 12, Crawford 458/1, Sydenham 1013

Someone very close to me died on this day as well :(, so I have my own personal reason to observe this day.
