About last night

    All of you - please read this !

    Last night a member got his hands slapped by a moderator, which was completely justified. As a result he got angry and went off on a tirade. Many of you are aware of this because you guys reported his posts - thank you for that ! Many man hours were spent by the mods trying to clean up the mess this member created, and we are still working on it.

    That said I am asking for all of you to help out, report any posts/threads that you run across that are objectionable or break the forum rules. If you aren't familiar with the rules then please go read them. If you are unsure report them anyway and the mods will decide if action is warranted or not. And believe me, if none is, none is taken, so reporting them causes no harm but may prevent some.

    Your help will be appreciated.

    I can only guess who the trouble maker is...whatever. Hope they stay away.

    Like every thread back two pages was bombed with unsettling intimate imagery. You missed nothing. Small person trying to "strike back" at the community for whatever petty reason.

    Although I was unable to identify who the poster was, I've been "lucky" enough to see some disgusting and inappropriate pictures just at the time of waking up and having a cup of coffee this morning. I couldn't believe what I was looking at.
    For those thinking they've been missing something, no, you've not : neither funny nor beautiful, just crap

    Kudos to the moderators. One of the things I really like about this forum besides being about ancients, is that the conversations are quite civil, no flaming, arguments or angry people spouting off.
    Thanks for keeping an eye on things and thanks to all participants for friendly positive discourse.

    Actually, it was you members that let us know of the problem, Thanks, and yes, it started in the ancient forum, but not by one of the regulars so no worries, and no it wasn't a chicken???Did you report the chicken?? :)
