    I'd say MS65 as it's a common year and there's a hit below BUS, but I could also see it at 66 if it has booming luster... nice coin no matter the grade!

    In cases like this, I think to myself, "What's the grade if that one_single_hit isn't there?" The answer to that question for this one is "a solid 67." The fields are almost pristine.

    MS66. I'm not dropping it two grades for one mark that isn't even in a focal area.

    Interesting. I can see the +, but I don't see a *. The toning on that coin says "I'm original," not "look at me!!!".
