1964 D WQ - DDR? RPM?

    This quarter looks like it is DD around the edge and on some of the stems on the right side. There also seems to be a RPM. But if this is all MD, then probably none of it is an error.

    That coin is pretty worn but it still looks like MD (Machine Doubling) to me.

    I agree with Maching Doubling. If both the design and mintmark have doubling, it's a red flag for me for MD.
