A wonderfully altruistic thought but I believe I may be right. The speed of contact is the big hint. A company as big as they are quickly tries to limit exposure once it's brought to their attention and this situation leaves them wide open

...because not doing it exposes you to lawsuits.

Glad to hear they're quickly saying the right things. So often you need to go through quite a few iterations with Customer Service before reaching anyone who seems to understand what you're talking about.

A few years ago HA would mail out their catalogs free ( not just coins and currency, but fine arts, artifacts, etc) to anyone entering a code from their CW advertisement ( very small print) but oh, were they great publications, They shipped them out also , so they have my name and address for sure.

There are some members that have mentioned being HA employees, and they try very hard to help out with problems, but they are not always online.

@Brett_in_Sacto , I'm glad that they have addressed your concerns in a satisfactory manner. I have always had great customer service from Heritage, and your example is yet another I can add to the list of people who have had good service from them. I do believe that HA tries very hard to address customer concerns, and in my opinion, that is why they are the #1 auction house for coins.
    Best, Brandon

I had an experience with Heritage where I won a coin for $700 and they sent me one worth $150. They fawned on me until the mistake was corrected and I had the coin I had won.
