I have an 1866-H in similar condition. I value it at USD$1.50. As I bought it for $0.28 at an auction in a bulk group of foreign coins, it was an OK deal.
your coin looks like a Italy 1866-M M=Milan mint mark KM#11.1, 10 centesimi denomination, metal-copper mintage-36,000,000 value/grade F-$1.50 VF-$3.50 XF-$8.00 UNC-$55.00 BU-$145.00
The ~30mm European (Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, etc.) coppers from the 1800s are interesting coins and I've started acquiring a few. Some South American countries also issued similar coins in that era.
first off thanks for the reply, yes very interesting coins, great to add to our collections, my brother had given me coins yesterday from other countries, also a silver medal with one of the pope featured on it, spring cleaning is coming up soon so you never know what you will find or people will give to you.
