NGC graded this one. Give it a shot. Please don't feel bad if you miss it. It's not easy from images and even NGC could be wrong. I'll post the slab and my opinion late this evening. Have fun.
PF details, environmental damage (corrosion). That huge spot on the obverse really needs to be taken care of. The spots on the reverse are probably carbon spots, but I can't be sure. If it isn't a details grade, this one tops out at 62.
I would have expected a better strike for a proof coin, hair and diamonds seem to be either weakly struck or worn. PF-63..?
I'm planning to send them a group of IHC proofs and Lincoln matte proofs. It's just finding the time to get it done. I know I have waited too long to help some of them.
If it didn't have the spot and corrosion on the obverse, I would agree with NGC. My guess is that it was a small spot that became much, much worse after encapsulation. I do not think the coin should straight grade, and if it did, it would placed in a very, very low end grade like PF60 or PF61.
