    I'm not seeing any sign of it. Any chance you can zoom in closer, or crop a high-resolution photo to focus on the area in question?

    Picture 22 shows it very clearly -- thanks!

    This looks like a really clear case of machine doubling. It can look a lot like a doubled die, but it's not, and it's generally not considered collectable. Searching here or on Google for "machine doubling" will give you a lot more information on how it happens, what it looks like, and how to distinguish it from true die doubling.

    thanks for having patients with me, the bottom part of the "o" in of looked like something was going on inside "o" at bottom.
