Next time, can you crop the pics (and rotate them) before posting?

Did you have a look at the price guide?

Will do. And yeah, I glanced. Around 150-200 seems to be the generalized price. They're pretty common

I believe your 1884 CC is in a GSA holder. It makes them more valuable.

I think the 84 CC is worth more than that, especially in the GSA Holder. Depending on grade it's between $220-$300.

Yeah, they both came in plastic cases with authentication papers. Can't quite pinpoint a value though, people selling them for various amounts.

If you have an interest in the hobby, I suggest buying "A Guide Book to Morgan Silver Dollars" by Q. David Bowers. There's also a book called "Carson City Morgan Dollars" by Crum, Unger and Oxman. They also touch on the GSA Hoard.

If you have an 1883 & 1884, they are the most common dates, but depending on grade, they're worth more in the GSA holder.

    Why does NGC grade those?:banghead:

If they came in Mint boxes, keep those. Some collectors want their GSAs to have the box and authentication papers.

And I'm one of those collectors. Even when graded, I want the nice blue box and COA.

I've even purchased the blue box on it's own because some of my GSA's didn't come with it. I've also had to buy a couple of the correct year COA's. LMAO at myself, but I like them better this way.

For instance, when I won my 1878 CC GSA @ Heritage, it didn't come with the box or COA.

Yeah they both came in a blue box. Was also just looking through my loose coins before and found a 1921 morgan dollar. It's in circulated condition but no scratches and everything is crisp

    The 1921 Morgans are common.

My favorite coin shop would give you both for free. The owner has a stash, apparently before the TPGs put their tag directly on the government holder.

The only accurate price guide for coins is what people are paying for them currently, and GSA CC's churn at enough volume for a usable sample of auction results in the last few months. PCGS Auction Results is your friend. :)
