    it looks like a rainbow going through the coin itself, maybe it is normal but I never seen something like that on a coin, it is definitely eye catching

    All I can see is the toning and what appears to be another coin on top of it that caused what you are seeing as a rainbow.

    Yeah - some toning and some staining probably from another coin laying partially on top of it. Not an error.
