I'm hoping you all can help me identify a few coins I picked up yesterday. One is an Asian cash coin type but it's only the size of a dime, whereas all the others I've seen are the size of a quarter. Other appears to be Middle Eastern and I think the date is 1926. I know there is a 5 on the other side. I would think maybe Turkey but I've just never seen a coin like it before. The last I think is probably play money but I thought it could be notgeld.
Cash coin is Kuang Hsu Tung Pao I believe. I got your exact same coin in the mail this week. http://www.sportstune.com/chinese/coins/kuanghsu/1cash.html
Its not Pakistan, lots of Islamic coins have the Star and Crescent moon, it is Turkey. https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/world/turkey-5-kurus-km-835-1926-1928-cuid-56662-duid-153601
Mine seems to be made of a different metal than those though. If you've ever seen Hong Kong 1 mil coins from around 1863, this is very similar in size and composition except that those have English on them and this is just Chinese characters.
Yeah, like I said, I got the same coin in the mail last week. I think they were the beginning of the machine minted coins towards the end.
