Just came back from the Greater Chicago Show today. I was working on a special project so I wasn't browsing like I usually do. I made some progress but the foot traffic wasn't great all day on Friday.

How many tables as I was thinking of going ? Too bad more people didn't show up .
I wanted to pick up some CWTs and either a Bust half or a Trade dollar . Too bad it's my Grandsons 1st birthday party tomorrow .

There were around 100 tables counting a few empties (Looked to be no shows), coin clubs and a few auction representatives. Fox Valley had their auction viewing lots right on the bourse floor. I can't say I saw much in the way of CWT's but there were enough Bust Halves to make it interesting. Quite a few signs looking to buy coins. Light coverage by world coin dealers and paper currency sellers. Lots of slabbed coins and the raw ones were in notebooks, which means they are mostly lower end but then again affordable to everyone. Probably a better show for YN's, families and some intermediate collectors. Maybe that's why the foot traffic was light. Mom and Dad were still at work and the kids in school. I left at 3 PM. Tomorrow could be totally different.
