Here we have a random mix of cheap coins that will be in my Flea Market case this spring....Can you guess the assigned grades???? **For bonus points you can try n guess the asking price for each one
I'll guess ..... I'm probably a loose cannon tonight.... Half - 65....................$43 Nickel - 65.................$47 Dime - 64FB...............$16 Likely ED or 66 Edit: That dime reminds me of a couple I have that are graded high but toned from years in a NGC Fatty, maybe 66,67?...ah I guess I will stick with my first guess...
What does ED mean?? Early Die state?? Sorry if that was a stupid question, I'm not up on all the abbreviations
Duh, I should have known that one, the toning looks a bit better in hand, but, yes it's dark towards the rims...
Half: 65 Nickel: 66 Dime: technically 65 FB, but I'll guess it got a ding for poor eye appeal and say 64 FB.
Ok my sorry photos are making this harder than it should be, The dime is 65fb only a few tiny nicks on that one.... But ugly toning You guys are both wrong on the others and waaaaaay off on the Buff. I'll post grades later
I almost commented that the buff looks weak, thought it might be strike, looks lustrous but maybe AU50?
The big reveal: Half- Pcgs ms64(barely) asking$30 Nickel- Anacs Au53(got the bark knocked off his forehead) asking $10 Dime-Fatty Ngc 65fb (Purdy ugly) asking $20 Lesson here-flea market dealers are crooks
Paddy, Of course the 1st thing I did when I got this home was broke out the 16xer and looked @ the MM-nothing.... No remnants of an S or even another D for that matter...
