Who is Steve Strom?

    Recently, I've been checking the Heritage auction list. Some pretty nice coins on there, including ones you can bid on right now. However, I've noticed a bunch of PCGS slabbed Jefferson Nickels in very high grade, including finest known and tied for finest known examples. They all have Steve Strom's name on the slab.
