Greek? Antiochos?

    I need help to identify this coin, please?
    It was described as Antiochos Elephant, but after a lot of searching I cannot find a reference to it anywhere (CNG, Asia Minor, Wildwinds, etc)
    Can anyone help me please?
    2.13 gm, 12 mm.

    Notes: Nov 12, 14 -" Anchor referred to in reference may be off flan.
