There is no indication that it took a hit. It's smooth like it was struck that way. Has anyone seen this before?
The big tell that it took a hit rather than doubling is the eyelid is no thicker than a normal one. If it was doubled it would be thicker with a separation line. Yours is the normal width with a dent in it.
