From those pics this coin looks lightly dipped. The luster is diminished and reduces a possible grade by a TPG to an 62/63.
Sorry, but I'm not sure this is an original coin. Have a closer look on the stars near the Capitol, the stars look fatty.
63. Detail seems soft. Not sure if is a bad strike worn dies or cause for concern. Not a huge expert in these
I'm in agreement with @jwitten I don't even think that's a genuine coin. Any pictures of the edge lettering?
@Blissskr, no sorry. Didn't think to take any pics of the edge. If it's still there when I go back next week, I'll snap a few.
looks like a 63 based on the pic. One good thing about buying a common date $20 is that even if it turn out to be an AU there isn't that much difference in price.
The 1927 has one of the best strikes in the Series, and luster, too. I miss the red hue and some details. I would pass.
I don't like it. I won't go quite far enough to call it bad, but I would pass. For one thing, the solid yellow color is a turnoff. A little color is a plus on these. Here is mine to compare.
I'd say 63, maybe a 64. I can't tell from the pictures. It doesn't LOOK fake from the pics but if it isn't graded I would check more thoroughly.
