Does anybody know anything about this Mexican Revolutionary era note

I've had this note for many years and never been able to ID and evaluate it. It's dated 1914 in the Revolutionary Era in Mexico. I've checked Ebay and there's no sales listed and Heritage has none listed as sold in their archive either. it seems to me that this would make it at least scarce if not rare. Thanks for any info. It says on it that it is a private issue note from J Creel and Co., of Jalapa. Presumably it served as local small change.
