Help a brother out with some Chinese Cash dates...

Well, just like the title says - I have two Chinese 20 Cash coins, would just like some clarification on the dates. Appreciate any assistance.

I believe they are both 1919.

 

Thanks @furryfrog02 - that helped me narrow them down to Hunan Province. Would you say that the legend for each (I know one is more difficult to read, but they are the same) was Hu-Nan Shan Tsoh?
