Do the slabbing companies PCGS and NGC slabs just USA coins? I do collect a lot of other coins from other parts of the world, but you usually don't run across those in slabs.
Check Ebay World coins. Lots of them there. A simple search brought up over 200 PCGS and NGC world coins.
It does mention a PCS in the review of grading companies post. Seems that they're trying to play on people's mistake, if they think it's actually PCGS.
