Paper quality doesn't look right. If it's thin and brittle, it's a dead give away for a reproduction. The ink on the front looks too condensed like it went through a copy machine. I'm going with reproduction from the 50's or 60's.
Totally a fake! No question about it. This particular note, even though it is a known fake, can clearly be seen by the quality of the ink and paper. The 1864 is quite common and hence you should easily find a good specimen that is affordable:
