    Hello,

I was going through some more dimes my family gathered back in the 90s and I came across this 1954 D Roosevelt dime that had a double print and some other things I'm thinking that are errors. I wanted to check with you all before I send it in to PCGS. Below I provided pictures with the dime being in different lighting. Thank you.

The only thing I see is a worn silver dime.

Yeah I wish I could post up videos of it, but its really not brown or that rusty color. The letter "D" is fat and on the left side it has another few more leaves behind the original leaves. I need a better camera.

Whether there is some minor doubling or not (can't tell from those photos) it would probably be a waste of money submitting it for grading and attribution. The condition just doesn't make it worthwhile. If it were a 1919 Merc, I'd say, "Yes, send it in!"

Post a photo of the 16-d. We can tell you if it is real. Be sure to have good photos of both sides and of the mint mark.

a coin is minted, not printed.

Sorry, still getting thesr terms mixed up. Anyways, there is no possible way for it to have gotten an error?

Im assuming that the two leaves on the left side of the reverse are suppose to be touching? Or possibly someone might have used wires or something to have them touching? Sorry for asking a million qustions, just trying to see if this is a fake.

5 posts for the same item, a possible doubled dime. I think someone was up a little to late last night. :)

Just keep it in a 2x2 in your own collection. Not a major error to send to a Third Party Grader!
