Is this a strike through? Also, I think it causes a multi strikes in rotation around the point made. IMG_20230313_064321~2.jpg IMG_20230313_064401~2.jpg

The reverse looks like a small strike thru.
I haven't a clue what you circled on the obverse photo.

    No multistrikes.. Circulation wear.

I’m seeing a small amount of raised metal on the edges so that would be circulation damage.

No raised metal except on other side of punch. The reverse is all crater with what looks like a star funneled into middle of crater while on obverse side the circle is the raised star pattern I'm talking about.

I can see very small raised metal on the edges of the grass and just above. That is a sign of damage. And it could be affecting the obverse.

    These seem like better depictions.

The obverse is circulation. The reverse is a strike thru, very minor.

    It's on a w quarter is why I'm interested.

The W on the Quarter and having a privy mark are nice and help the coin so there is a little value there. However, they do not change the fact of what the coin actually is.

Imma get it checked out locally from a registered ncg shop. It really looks like the strike through is a die chip that rotated and caused a multi strike. and the raised cheek area is the same area from other side. The strike through is close enough to the actual center. If only I had better equipment. Curious, what would something like that be worth?

Like someone said, Reverse is a small strike through and the Obverse is .. I haven't a clue or something like that.
Sorry, but your coih is worth just a quarter in my opinion and I'm sure others will agree. ;)

I doubt you could buy your lunch at McDonald’s if you sold it.

It's unfortunate then that ungraded circulated W tallgrass prairie quarters are going for 10$+ on ebay. That's sold with multiple bids.

There is still plenty of hype over these W's. They may sell for that now. But also think of the time to post it to ebay, then deal with the buyer until the sale is finalized. I think you would need 50 or a 100 of them to make a decent profit.
As for errors Adrean, minor errors are just that minor, they are nice to have on the coin if you like errors, but if you are a purist, then the error detracts from the overall value.
