no, looks like some die deterioration and split plating,,,,

 

tomfiggy.I think MR ken potter told me that's both,a RPM plus split plating going on there.But on the other hand mike d.Said it cant be both so your guess is as good as mine.

 

I see some split plate doubling (the black part) on the SE. There is also another line above that. The date looks extra fat. Who knows? Not me that's why I asked. I'll send it in with my next batch to Mr. Ellis.

 

That's a good idea. Because I can see split lines in that mint mark.

 

Yeah it's not real. Oh well. I got some more rolls to look through...
