Dansco Walkers

Thanks all (especially Larry who first brought up the idea) for giving me the idea to put my Walker collection into a Dansco album - it really is nice! Had alot of fun waiting for the album and then filling it up (while I was on my "vacation") - and especially enjoyed throwing the 2X2's into the garbage!! Pics are a touch blurry - sorry about that.

Funny - I just made her a homemade lasagna and I was in the clear - can't ask questions with a mouth full!!!

Nice set. I love the look of old worn silver in these albums. The more they match the better it looks. Thanks for sharing.

Yes, keeping the entire collection at a certain "average condition" makes them look nice together.

If the last few rows on the last page of an album are in UNC/BU, so be it.

What years do you have filling the last 15 holes of your album? When presented with the same problem (holes on a Dansco page that didn't have dates), I just slipped some similar-colored fancy cardstock paper in the spaces for the slides to cover the holes. I never considered just throwing in some dupes. Well, duh! ...My poor brain.

 

With my empty rows I put a circulated half type set.

 

That's a cool idea.
