I have come across a 1974 Annealed/Sintered coin. Is there any value?

Sorry. I don't think that is a Improperly Annealed Quarter.
    Looks more like Environmental Damage.
I collect Improperly Annealed coins, about a dozen certified so far, and yours is not it.
    Worth 25C

I have another, a dime, that I believe is annealed. 1967. I'd value your input.

Circulation wear and Environmental Damage. The older the coins are the uglier they get and they may seem like Improper Annealed. I also metal detect and pull out hundreds of coins that look just like both your coins. If it were what you think it is I believe someone would of noticed decades ago.

That's one area I have never studied.
