2005 California Cud Errors

    I have a 2005 California Quarter with two Cud/Strike errors. One is in front of Washington's eye. The other in front of his chin. ... what is the value on this coin?

    FYI...A cud is a break on the rim that extends into the field.

    I can't tell what the marks are on this coin. To me, it's only worth 25c.
