Hello all, This is my 3rd thread in the past few days of NGC Mint Error coins I have acquired recently. This is a Proof Ultra Cameo PF69 - 2015 S Mint 25C Kisatchie Obverse Struck Through. Maybe brush wire, string, debris.. does not say but it was attributed as such. As always.. Enjoy!
