1995 Missing "1" in Date

I found this searching through some dollars from my CU this morning. Is this worth hanging onto?

Okay, now I see it. Kinda cool, I'd say it goes up with my shifted G..N and I..J bills from Series 1995.

AMAZINGLY!! ty just curious... I don't know about paper errors but is there a chance that the 1 got smudged some how? also under the "RIE" and the 95 it looks like ink was running. or am I over analyzing?

 

I have no idea. I know basically nothing about paper currency. There is an ink dot where the 1 would be but I dunno if it was smudged off or not.
