Readers of ancient Greek, your help is needed please!

I got this coin with Caracalla and from what I able to find out, it is a provincial from Thrace?, but I'm puzzled by the Greek legend.
Sorry for the pictures, the coin is not in great shape, but at least the reverse could give some hints.

Obverse: [Greek] AVT K M AVP CEVHPOC ANTΩNEINOC = [transliteration] AUT(okratoras) K(aisaros) M(arkos) AUR(ēlios) SEUĒROS ANTŌNEINOS = [Latin] IMP(erator) C(aesar) M(arcus) AVR(elius) SEVERVS ANTONINVS. The reverse carries the ethnic in the genitive plural: [Greek] OΔHCCEITΩN = "of the Odessans". (If I've gone wrong somewhere, please feel free to correct. My last Latin and Greek classes were in the 1970s...)

Yes looks different as coin is hammered.

It's roman and not Greek.
