I think the left obverse field precludes a premium gem grade, I say MS65

Depends. If it was a heritage sub for instance or the grader got some nookie the night before I wouldn't rule 66 out

66 is what I think it graded. I agree with the sentiment about the left fields. I'd grade it 65. Looks to have great luster.
