Does this Constantine II qualify as an "Eyes to God"

In another thread I claimed to not have an "Eyes to God" coin, but on closer inspection I found this Constantine II AE3 Follis, and I am wondering if it qualifies as an "Eyes to God" or is it only 'wishful thinking' on my part?
I believe that it is RIC VII. Cyzicus 63b.

No, just a normal bust that looks like Constantine Junior is looking slightly upwards. Only Constantine Senior got the eyes-to-heaven busts, as far as I know.

This is a normal portrait. Constantine's sons did use the "Eyes to Heaven" portrait type, but the main examples I can think of off hand are siliquae. I am racking my brain but can't think of any bronzes off hand, although there may be some gold? Some examples of siliquae from CNG. With the photo rotation some are easier to see than others.

    Thank-you John, Nathan, (nice coins).
    Then I can confidently say then that I do not have one . . . . . . . . . . . . . . yet.
