These are worth only slightly over their silver value. Certainly not $10. Recently completed Ebay sales appear to be in the $7-$8 range.
For something like those, I'd used a combination of answers already given. Start with coinflation as your base price. From there check sold prices on ebay, and that should give you a pretty good idea of range of value. Being commons, I'd also look at bulk, purchases...say a roll more and see what they are selling sight unseen. Without good pictures, you should generally assume they are cleaned and aren't worth much above silver. They may be fine, but it protects you in case you are wrong.
For me personally, I would keep it $28-$32, but it all depends on what you plan on doing with them. They are not nice enough for me to keep them as collector coins, so to me they are silver only.
