I don't have the blues for the "Blues"

    The blue seal on the silver certificates is one of the most beautiful seal color that the US government produced (aside from the red seals on the legal tender notes). Since blue is also my favorite color, it has a lot going for it. So here are my Blues. Do share your notes as well:

    That is one of the most iconic notes that was ever produced and one that is missing from my collection. Hoping to fill that gap soon...

    The contrast between the white and blue is great on all of these notes. Real nice.

    Just to finish the run, here is the rare 1933 Julian-Woodin $10 Silver Certificate (Fr#1700) which sold for over $30,000 on HA. No, I didn't buy it as I am certain I would have gotten more than an earful from my wife...

    and it has the camp he deployed from, Camp Myles Standish in Taunton Massachusetts , and the note's owner,
    Captain Henry Greenberg, who was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1956....

    WOW! Didn't realize that Greenberg was a baseball player. Super! What is the other writings that are in blue ink. Can't seem to read it.

    those are all signatures, have not identified them yet tho, probably guys he flew with, his unit was the 20th Bomber Command,
