In most of the 50 states, you get a tax waiver on the sale of a coin under certain circumstances. In Texas, for instance, total sale exceeding $1000 is not taxed.

I believe under NAFTA, any coin (or medal, or medal-coin, etc.) over .999 fine is untaxed. I could be wrong, as I've never tried it.

 

I wouldn't be too surprised if an example of the Coinzilla was reserved for the Bank of Canada's Currency Museum in Ottawa.It would make a very popular tourist attraction.
