Large Cent Mystery Coin

I have an 1800 Draped Bust Large Cent that has a 9 struck through the first 0. The coin probably grades AG-3 but the date is fully legible. There are no other visible marks on any of the other numbers so I don't think it is the 1800/1798 or 1800/79 variety. The date is plain as day and so is the 9/0. Does anyone have any info on this? Very eager and hopeful for an answer, thanks!

How is this? It appears to be an 1800 80/79 with the "8" over a "7" and the first "0" over a "9"! Not sure what the Sheldon Number is but below is a link to a price guide.
