There's clear evidence of strike doubling on the date. In addition, the "doubling" elsewhere appears to be of the master type so common for this date. Unfortunately, I am unable to see any evidence suggesting a true doubled die, but it is certainly a fine example of the above mentioned anomalies.

Just found something similar, but mostly on the '2'. I posted it about an hour after you did.

 

You're headed in the right direction with your searching. The coin also looks a bit off-center strike.
