What do I do with this?

I went to the bank yesterday and got some cents, and one of the boxes ended up being solid 2015. And I'm trying to figure out what to do with them. I made a poll for the couple of options I have thought of, but feel free to and your own, or if you had any success before. Thanks for any help!

Post a picture of each coin and get mad and call names when nobody sees anything different. Then put them back in the roll and sell them on eBay as possible doubled die rolls.

 

Just make sure the images are 90% out of focus and rotated at least 90 degrees.

Here's mine: There are $25.00 in a box and by your wording you bought 2 or more boxes. That's a lot of cents. Whatever you purchased them for originally still applies. Just because they are all the same date changes nothing. Have fun!

 

Keep them for trading to another bank that has a box that they won't sell because they want to have some on hand. Let them know they are all new pennies and that businesses like handing out new coins. Works every time for me.

 

Thanks everyone for suggesting searching for errors. I thought of that but I thought at best I would find a few die chips or something minor like that. I checked all the Enders for that error. Nothing. I even looked up the other doubled dies. None of them look the same. The best I can fine is something where it looks like a cayon inside the 2 and 0. Photos to come.

 

From your poll I'm guessing that searching for possible varieties isn't something that holds much interest for you, and profit potential is your only concern. If so, the wisest thing to do would be to search out completed listings on ebay (as I assume that would also be your sales venue), and then gauge any potential using the lower end of prices paid. With that said, and while fully admitting that I'm not familiar with the market or demand for present rolls, I highly doubt they'll be worth your time and/or efforts, especially when shipping is factored in. I've simply seen too many solid rolls (when given change, sitting in cash registers, etc) to believe that they're not reasonably available to anyone willing to search them out locally.

I used to have the same problem. Never had an entire box of new rolls but I was getting them in bunches. I started using them to make mosaics. Most recently I made drink coasters.

 

Why don't you examine them? I'm going through boxes right now and when I'm finished with this box I will get another one

 

You could pull a couple 69s or even a 70 out of them. They bring a hefty premium. Use cotton gloves and avoid coughing or sneezing which will cause spots to form.

 

Thanks for the advice but way ahead of you using coin gloves for years matter of fact I have a dozen to be here Monday.
