Obviously not really, but the obverse has that look. Would be a cool look if there really were some like that.

If the mint made fractional gold reverse proofs I would buy one.

 

The coin looks legit but the reverse proof look on the obverse was obviously someone's idea of being creative. It's a shame that they ruined the coin as far as coin collectors go. That's a shame!

 

Well at least the seller warns it has been cleaned and polished. If he did it, may he choke on it.
