Run #4 , serial numbers A09600001* through A11520000* or 1,920,000 notes and yours looks to be in XF condition. Maybe worth $1.50 to $2.00 to the right buyer.
I always have good luck selling star notes I find. Anywhere from 10-50% above face value. I sell them because I'd rather get them to someone who likes them since they don't really excite me. No harm in keeping it though.
to me and from what I am reading I would spend it and look for pristine earlier issues. just my few cents and common logic.
