None of the coins in this thread even resemble gold plating IMO.

I read my reply over, and I could not find any suggestion where I said that this coin had been gold plated or any other coin on this site has been gold plated.
The only reason I posted it is not for you experts on every thing, but for some young collector that might not be an expert like you.

 

I'm sorry, but all your post does is muddy the waters for inexperienced collectors. And I beg to differ, your post (see below) makes an insinuation that the reverse of his coin looks just like a Kennedy that you gold plated. In addition, you talked about the lack of scruples in today's market in furtherance of your insinuation.

Dude, seriously, you need to get a little thicker skin if you are going to post on internet forums. I wasn't trying to be mean to you and I certainly didn't say you couldn't post your opinion. That said, if I disagree with your opinion, it is my right to make my point as well.
