On the reverse, it looks like "melted metal" around the rim at 2 o'clock. Are you sure it's an authentic and struck coin? Could that be casting slag? Sorry to be so paranoid, but I've come across a lot of fake indian pennies. The obverse is pretty and clean.... (too clean - so it's been cleaned).
100% genuine coin. Looks like "raised yellowish" glue residue between date and united. Otherwise IMO some damage: Note crushed 9 at one end.
Based on the pictures, I see XF wear on the coin and indications that it's been cleaned. It's very hard to put a value on a details coin. I'd say <$8.
