93 dime what is this?

    Is it pmd? I see lines looks like they are raised on both sides and reverse has some clad missing.

    That is not missing clad as in a Mint Error missing clad layer. It would show up as copper. Could be Environmental Damage.

    They look like roller marks from when the strip was made.

    Yeah I saw that too as well as the horizontals on some of the letters The lines sometimes come from digital issues with a scanner I know but the ones on the letters not sure but the stain color looks like oil or tape or maybe it sat in a change holder and got some coke on it and the sugar???
