I see exactly what you are talking about and I too would question it as a possible RPM, but no others have been discovered or are listed, so I'd say it is our pareidolia working here, but that's just me. Maybe you have an undiscovered error?
No I'm pretty sure it's France...as I see the tower and two French model's under it...having lunch... some Brie and wine? Portugal was fogged out ....bad weather.
