    I found it on the beach, it seems that it is a coin or a pendant.

    It looks like a pendant or medal (medallion)
    It has a loop at the top which makes it not a coin unless it was added at a later date.
    Gwalior or Baroda, Indian Princely States, is my guess.

    Possibly what is called a temple token, the proper currency to offer a sacrifice at a Hindu shrine, instead of modern currency.
