I was thinking the same thing. That is the reason I do not (and will not) do a folder set with a valuable coin. All my folders have common cents
Was mixed in with some other coins in a jewelry box thing. Some halves and a bunch of error coins. My grandfather had a vending machine company so I'm guessing he threw random coins in the box
Sorry, but from what I can tell, it has been cleaned, ex-jewelry, and fake. Take it to a dealer to see it in hand, but that is what I think from your pictures.
If you can somehow... maybe put an exact size photo of the one you have in there. Just an idea. Not sure if it will work ???
I've probably annoyed all the coin shops in town about wheat cents. They keep saying they'll bring in there wheats but every week it's "there packed away but come next week"
