Is it lamination error and what might it be worth?

I am sorry I currently without a picture as when I try to take one, the issue doesn't show up. So I will explain it.
I look at the coins through a 9x glass and see an area that appears as if it was peeled away before the final cladding was added. Under the glass it looks like a dip in metal with an odd shape. It's not smooth but rough in texture. Sometimes on Obverse or on Reverse or both.

    Welcome to CT!
As you look around here, you'll learn that no one can help you without seeing your coin.
    Pictures are a must.

An image would also help us understand what particular coin we're talking about, as no mention has yet been made regarding that. :)

Laminations are pretty common across all series and pretty distinctive; we should be able to easily help.

I hope the pics below can help as my camera is not a good one.

Hmmm. Doesn't look like a lamination. More like a minute amount of very thin grease/gunk got on the planchet or die

Question: Is it an error and what would be the designation of such. Would that be anything I should keep track of or is it worthless to keep track of those types?

Keep it as a reference but it's too minor as no devices are effected for any premium
