Only you can decide if you want to keep it or sell it. Do you like it? Is it part of your set? Do you want to collect these? Does it have sentimental value to you? Do you just think its cool? Or, do you want the money? The coin is an EF-details coin which has been dipped/cleaned/polished (pictures aren't clear enough to see exactly what has been done to it, only that something has). Retail value in that condition is probably $100 - $125.
