Does NGC Attribute The Bugs Bunny Variety On Coins Other Than 1955?

Last night while taking pictures I discovered a 1952 of mine is a bugs bunny. I was planning on selling the coin, that's why I was taking the pictures, but now that I've discovered it's a bugs I'd like to have it certified so I can maximize profits. Does anyone know if ngc will label the coin as the bugs variety?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to recall that NGC does not use the "Bugs Bunny" nickname because of copyright infringement.

Really? That's a label from a recent NGC edge-view holder...

On their "variety plus" page, they only list the 1955, and they specifically call it "Bugs Bunny." I don't have my CPG in front of me, but I thought all of these had FS numbers, in which case all grading services would recognize them.

Yes, this variety is 401. The nose clash would be 402

    Just Google it
I want to share this picture from the web (ebay) (not my NGC slab)

It's really not a huge variety.. I think it's just a kind of Die Clash.. yours looks so minor so it won't really maximize your profits that much.

In that case, I guess I was wrong!

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

This used to be true. However, they started doing it within the last couple of years.

You could also check their website, where they list all of the varieties they designate: https://www.ngccoin.com/coin-varieties/half-dollars/franklin-half-dollar-die-varieties-vscid-13/

You'd be surprised what some of these go for. The '55 is the most well known and most common, but even that one goes for a decent premium. Depending on teh date, some of these go for ludicrous amounts (I'm not sure if 52 is one of them).
