What is wrong with my quarter??

    I don't think this is an error but I cant figure out what it is. It didn't not change after I ran water over it to see if it was something that I could rinse off. Any ideas?? 5O.jpg 5O.jpg

    Possibly etched by acid or someone playing with an engraving device??
